About The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with and assist our Founder and CEO (Julius) in all day-to-day operations including administration, processes & organization, finance and tax, strategy, fundraising and people.

What You’ll Achieve:

• You’ll build and lead the daily operations with our Founder & CEO including general operations, stakeholder communications, product, administration, finance & taxes, fundraising, state subsidies and people
• You’ll lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the Founder
• You’ll act as an extension of the Founder & CEO Julius and information funnel, filter, and facilitator with internal and external stakeholders
• You’ll serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Founder, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective, and following up on action items with the team accordingly

What You’ll Need To Bring

• 3+ years of experience in an operational role (strategy, finance, administration, operations, people) in a tech-company with first leadership experience (and looking for more)
• You are hungry to learn new things and constantly on the hunt for new responsibilities, experiences and skills
• You are highly organized and thrive on making order out of chaos
• You understand how to drill down to the core of problems and develop and optimize processes to solve them sustainably
• You love connecting with employees and have proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• You’re highly adaptable, able to work autonomously, and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German and English
• You have a sense of humour and love to have fun! 🤪
