About The Role:

You will be one of the founding members of our growth department, helping to build Graswald’s Marketing and Growth activities from the ground up.

As Head of Marketing, you will lead our digital, web and lifecycle operations as well as stand up exploratory channels like affiliates and referrals, while optimizing our marketing budget against company goals. We’re looking for a strategic leader who has experience driving repeatable and scalable results across marketing channels and tactics.

What You'll Achieve:

  • You’ll be responsible for the day to day operations as well as working closely together with the CEO to drive marketing strategies
  • You will implement, manage and monitor processes and projects across performance marketing, web engineering, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, affiliates, and more
  • You will partner with sales and customer success to optimize our products, services and lead our efforts in finding product market fit
  • You’ll understand and improve Graswald’s funnel and unlock additional opportunities to scale
  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and ability to be on the forefront of growth innovation

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Highly organized and thrives on making order out of chaos
  • 5+ years of growth experience, with experience in driving start-up growth
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and funnels
  • Experience leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Organic, Email, Personalization, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, Mobile, Affiliate, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of vendors, tools, systems, and tactics across the evolving marketing landscape
  • A strong bias to action and sense of curiosity. As a fast-growing company, everyone’s scope is big and we’re always doing something new
  • An owner’s mindset - you can lead through ambiguity and dig into the details to solve. You are not hesitant to tackle and solve problems yourself and lead by example.
