Our Asset Production team is looking for an experienced Photogrammetry Artist helping us create the best looking 3D scans in the industry.

What you'll achieve

  • You’ll join us on scanning trips, capturing the best 3D scans possible of any element we can find
  • You’ll work together with our pipeline developers to design scalable, automated scanning workflows
  • You’ll partner with our mechanical engineering team to influence the design of our proprietary photogrammetry hardware
  • You lead quality control and train the rest of our team in the latest photogrammetry capturing techniques

Skills you'll need to bring

  • 4+ year of work experience in a 3D production environment (Games, VFX, CG or Archviz Studio)
  • Highly experienced in scanning all kinds of elements with photogrammetry and completing the asset creation process from start to final deliverable asset
  • Experience in working with RealityCapture or a comparable program
  • Experience in working with Houdini or a similar tool
  • Demonstrable understanding of the process of creating 3D assets based on real-world objects and environments
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and communnicate clearly with technical and non-technical people
  • Intermediate experience in working with Blender
  • Understanding of and experience with “production-ready” delivery (e. g. good topology, uvs, etc.)
  • Passionate and excited about pushing photogrammetry to the next level and designing new workflows and processes
  • Trained eye for details and the willingness to go the extra mile for it

Nice-To-Have Skills

  • Experience in working with  Unity, Unreal Engine or a comparable game engine
  • Understanding of new innovations in the field of 3D scanning such as NeRFs
  • Experience and understanding of software development in python
  • Solid knowledge of botanical species
